Clubs:
Groups that organize
activities for Expats (and friends)

YPHH Happy Networking: - YPHH organizes Happy Networking Events in Beijing, Shanghai and
Shenzhen, China; a great way to speak with (potential) clients, meet new business partners & get insightful information about your competition.

The Shekou Hash House Harriers:
Described as "the drinking club with a running problem,"
they organize runs and drinking bouts around Shenzhen. Visit their
MSN Group
or signup on the Snakepit
page.

The
Snakepit: Also known as "The Shekou Sports and Social
Club," Shenzhen's oldest expat club, formed in 1987, is still
going strong. They also have a regular meeting location (with a
bar) in Shekou.

The German Community in Shenzhen:
Organizing activities for the German population of Shenzhen, they also
operate the InShenzhen
website.

The
Shekou Women's International Club: "SWIC is a social club open to membership for all expatriate ladies living in Shekou and the surrounding areas."

Shenzhen Party:
Though not technically a club, they do organize activities from
time to time, in addition to operating their popular website.
